DESCRIPTION:On behalf the Delaware Division of Public Health\, the Delaware State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP)\, the Rural Health Coalition\, and La Red Health Center\, we’re bringing community partners together to support healthier families and stronger communities at the 4th Trimester and Community Health Fair. \nThis free community event is open to everyone\, with a special focus on new moms\, expectant parents\, new families\, and caregivers.
