On behalf the Delaware Division of Public Health, the Delaware State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP), the Rural Health Coalition, and La Red Health Center, we’re bringing community partners together to support healthier families and stronger communities at the 4th Trimester and Community Health Fair.
This free community event is open to everyone, with a special focus on new moms, expectant parents, new families, and caregivers. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where community members can connect with local organizations, access health and wellness resources, and learn about services available throughout Sussex County.
